Returns policy

Unfortunately for health reasons, we can not accept a change in products that have been tested or the packaging has been opened and belong to the following product groups:

Men & women underwear
Men & women swimwear
Tights & socks

Product returns are accepted in specific cases. These are:

The case in which the products you have received have a defect or are of poor quality with proven fault of our COMPANY.
The case in which our COMPANY sent you the wrong products and not the ones you ordered.
In the above cases the customer can return the products, but this must be done within (15) fifteen calendar days from the day of receipt. The products must be returned in the condition in which they were received, complete, without damage, in their packaging, and the Barcode tags must be returned in their original condition accompanied by all the documents and the original purchase documents. In case the return is not made within the time period provided or some of the return conditions are not met, our COMPANY has the right not to accept the products back and not to proceed with their replacement.

Shipping costs are borne entirely by the customer.

In most cases the shipping cost is 3.5 euros including VAT but this may vary depending on the weight and volume of the package.
